multi grain cheerios work like a charm for me, as well as 1 cup of coffee because it is a natural laxative

Oh girl I so know where you're coming from here! I wasn't on the iron, but I struggled with this big time towards the end...and the only thing for me that worked was a combo of things- dried apricots and plums, hot cups of green tea (lower in caffeine), metamucil, v8 with extra fiber and multi grain cheerios...quite the day time concotion LOL

Hope you get some much needed relief soon...hang in there! :)

Thanks for all the replies ladies...I ate some apricots and prunes today, I really pray it gets things moving or I am going to continue to be one miserable preggie momma :-(  Pregnancy ailments stink, but they're all worth the blessing in the end ;-)

Maybe try a shot of olive oil & lots of water...
Also, I believe you can use a glycerin suppository when preggo (not super fun, but it will help)

Good luck!
