Worried but probably overreacting...

Had my baby, Israel, 4 1/2 months ago, she's amazing.  when i gave birth i weighed 223, she was 6 lbs 3oz and that evening I weighed 217..which makes complete sense. It was hard getting back on track on eating and I can't say i did very well or that I'm doing all that great now (but making much better choices for sure).  I lost about 8 pounds over the next few months (had mirena put in, in january)..was pretty depressed because I was hoping I'd get right back to losing like I had been before being pregnant and I'd lost all during pregnancy.  (was 217 when i got pregnant, too)  This past week has been different though.  I've dropped from bouncing between 210-212 to 199 in about 5 days...and i keep weighing myself thinking its a fluke and recalibrating my scale...but it still stays at 199.  And of course im excited to be in onderland! but that much weight in so little time...should i be worried or just go with the flow?

Here are some pictures...the one in the green is of me before this weight loss recently.

Go with the flow.....with my last baby (pre-RNY) I was 220 when I got pregnant, 232 when I delivered (he was 9lbs 2oz at 37 weeks)....at my 2 week appt I was 205 and at my 8 wk appoint I was 187.......

I'm 187 right now (gained all my weight back and had my RNY at 225lbs).....

1st off, your daughter is adorable!  2nd, my weight can fluctuate 2-3 pounds each day.  Go with the flow on this one......give yourself a pat on the back for making it to onederland and keep doing what your doing as it seems to be working good for you!  Congrats on the weight loss and baby!

Yes it is possible. With my last pregnancy pre-VSG i was 236 when i delivered, and within 3 weeks i was 205,so 31lbs in 3 weeks was lost. Of course i gained it all back LOL very shortly, but the point is it happened!!
