Congrats on your baby!

A 20 pound loss is nothing to turn your nose up at.
You didn't say how much (baby weight or otherwise) you still needed to lose but I would just recommend going back to basics - your tool is still place.

And , yes, skin may be an issue but you should've been informed of that pre-surgery / pre-baby.

Good luck!

I'm with Cathie... 20 lbs is a lot to lose in 2 months.  But if you feel that you're on a plateau and can't get that scale to move... try the 5 day pouch test (google it.)  I know that finding the time to eat right can be challenging.  But we can always grab a protein shake, right?  Try the 5DPT and see how that does for you.
Our little miracle baby boy is on his way!

Gosh, body image and weight are such issues for us forever ... I am so sorry you're being so hard on yourself! Please, please keep this in mind ... you were pregnant for almost 40 weeks from conception. It took your body almost a year to perform an absolute miracle. Please, please honor that by treating yourself gently and taking care of yourself. Eat right, get enough rest, bond with your family, and give yourself some time. Three months is not even a third of how long it took to grow that sweet baby. <3
