I sounds to me like she may just tend to be a gassy baby (that will pass!) but you could try Gripe Water, try using a pump to express more breastmilk and replacing some of the formula with that (BM is much more easily digested), you could try adding the mylicon to the formula before you feed it to her, try switching to another type of bottle or another brand of formula....
As I said, I suspect some babies are just naturally gassier/fussier than others, so sometimes there isn't much to do other than wait for their guts to mature. My 2 DS's had totally different feeding temperaments even though they were both feed and cared for in the same manner. My older one tended to be gassy and constipated (even got constipated on breastmilk alone!) and my younger one pooped constantly and hardly even got gassy or fussy.
Sounds like you're doing the right thing and she certainly looks very happy :)
