Is it Filthy Friday yet?

I have just had one of those days! I just wanna scream, cry, and kick someone all at the same time!!!

I got my paycheck today, and after running errands and taking care of business, I decided to take the family out for dinner. Well. the baby was crying because he was hungry, and when I covered him to nurse him, he got too hot. My 3 year old started screaming for no reason whatsoever!!! It was so bad that the people next to us actually asked to be moved! SO EMBARRASSING!!!

The whole time, I held my head in my hands trying not to have a breakdown. So what does DH do? Oh he starts egging on the screaming 3YO! I was like, here is the money, I will be in the car. Sad thing is, the 5yo was the best behaved out of all of them! Uh, teach me to try and treat the family again!

Poor thing. I hate nights like that. My husband and I were just talking about how much it is going to suck to bring a baby out to eat again. My son didn't behave while out to eat until he was about 5, so I totally  understand.

And having 3, bless your heart! 

I told them we are never going out again to eat! lol

Ahh, next time get a babysitter so you can enjoy some time with DH alone. Little ones do not appreciate going out to eat as much as adults do. Or just treat yourself to a "Mommy" day :)

That would be awesome. If I had a date with my husband, I would most likely have better feelings toward him right now. I am so frustrated. I should be happy that he takes care of my older 2 almost all day so I can focus on the littlest one and get naps when he is napping. The only thing is, all I can think is that he is unemployed and I feel like he does not want to work, or try.
I am so happy though that with all that is going on, I do not have PPD! I had it so bad with DD, but I guess the Omega 3 that I have been loading up on has helped. That is something I would recommend to everyone especially if they have a history of PPD. I had the baby at UofM hospital and they were doing a study on Omega3 and how it may decrease PPD.

I totally know how you feel.  But I only have 1 very rambunctious vocal 2 year old.  He won't sit still at even a fast food restaurant.  I'm so tired of take out and drive thrus I could scream.  And dh doesn't make it any better either. 

Next time, you and your 5 yo go to one table with the baby - feed the baby - then take him back to DH and the 3 yo and go back and enjoy your quiet dinner w/the 5 yo.  If DH want's to encourage the 3 yo to act up...he can deal with it alone. 

Either that or line all of them - including DH - in the corner with their noses on the wall.  That's what I did w/my son when he mis-behaved.  I told him I could find him a corner ANYWHERE...and I did.  It worked until he was about 4-5, when he got mad at me once when we were out shopping and he asked if I wanted HIM to find a corner for ME to stand in.

Have you talked to DH about his 'attempts' tp find employment?  Told him how you're feeling - in a non-accusatory manner? 

That is a great idea. I would even go as far as giving DH a spankin and ask them if they want it! HAHA

As far as the job goes. I has stressed to him and it just does not seem to hit home. We will most likely be losing out house and he does not believe that the bank will take it. He has been unemployed for over 18 months!!! We tried to get a modified loan but they turned us away because they do not see his unemployment as income. I have had days where I break down and he needs to grow up and take care of his family!
