Able to sleep on stomach
I started out at 242lbs and now I'm almost 8 months pregnant and I've never really had any problems sleeping on my stomach. As far as "feeling pregnant"...this is my first pregnancy so I don't know exactly what "feeling pregnant" feels like...Other than the occasional nausea in the first trimester and constant hunger (and now aches and pains in my back) and feeling the baby move/kick I haven't as being just overall "uncomfortable" in the third trimester I'm not sure I've ever really felt prego. :)
I'm sure the being able to sleep on your tummy is normal...I would ask the doctor but every woman is different so I'm guessing it's fine.

I have just started my 6 month of pregnancy and have just started to find that I might have to give up sleeping on my stomach as the baby wakes me up alot more when I sleep like that.
I am currently 150lbs, so not sure if weight is related to it, more that some moms are used to sleeping on their belly and find it comfy. I don't really feel pregnant at times, just relax and accept that we're all different with our pregnancies. When you start to feel the baby move (maybe at 22 weeks for a 1st time mom) - it will seem more real.

Hi,
I was 325 and 330 pounds with both of my pregnancies... the first one I didn't "pop" until about 7 months or so .... I just looked fat. I could sleep on my stomach plenty but I always felt like I would crush the baby with my weight so I made myself stop (crazy ... i know). I felt pregnant everyday though, mainly because it was why I was vomitting my brains out.
Good luck at your appointment, I hope it reassures you.

Enjoy it while you can! I can still pretty much sleep on my stomach (although I do tend to draw my right leg up some so I'm kinda laying on my side). As you get farther along, you will probably find yourself waking up on your back. If you do, you do.
I've just been feeling the baby move from the outside more (for the past week) so now the pregnancy is definitely real. I still don't look all that PG for the most part. My 'upper stomach' does stick out more & if I wear my 'bella band' it helps make me more rounder but I'm still waiting to 'appear' PG.
Congrats!!

Enjoy - I haven't been able to (despite never losing my belly, I SO need an LBL!) since a month or 2 out of surgery! I miss it so much!
As for not feeling pregnant, I hear ya! I'm 14 weeks today and 99% of the time any/all symptoms (all minor) could be written off. If I didn't have my doppler (and 2 u/s plus a CVS) I would think I wasn't pregnant. I tell people who ask how I am that I could be on that show I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant. I'm sure like me, your LO is fine :) While it's hard, just try to enjoy being part of the small percentage of women who are lucky enough to sail through our pregnancies! And try not to gloat ;)
