Filthy Friday!!!!

im tired.. dizzy.. and my kids are annoying me.

No complaints from me today - Thursday/Friday this week are Bulgarian holidays, so I have a four day weekend!  Woot!  Today is DH's 41st b-day, so I made him a pumpkin cake and steak/salad/broccoli for dinner.  Sunday, we're going for a drive to explore some place in Bulgaria...I'm thinking Plovdiv but will dig out my 'Bulgaria' book and see if anything else looks interesting.

Re the pedi - no...I don't do pedis.  I don't paint my nails...and after watching some horror stories on fungus infections that you can get from the soak sink thing for your feet at the salon...thanks but no thanks.  I use one of those shaver things that shave off dead skin/calouses occasionally...but want to get one of the pedi eggs to see if it works better. 

Holly, the Pedi-egg is pretty nifty. It is very sharp in the beginning though so be careful. I always put a towel down because not all the funk-flakes get in the little storage container.
Think "cheese grater for feet" lol.

I get pedicures about once a month, I'm more embarrased by hairy legs than dry feet, lol I usually make sure my legs are shaved, at least from the knee down! Mine are purple too!

OK, I am a bit late on this one... The Other day I was at the store and there was a women that was well over 40 wearing a tutu and a pair of leggings and was very!!! Well coming from a former obese women (she was a larger women too), I would have NEVER worn anything like that, not even now and I am only 29 and a lot smaller than I was. I hate when people dress out of their age group. Please leave the tutu's to the toddlers or even up to young teen, they are way cuter in them! There is a difference in "not caring what other people think" is just over doing it!
