That was one of mine too! I swore after seeing my sisters 5 kids pile into her bed at night, that I would never! I only let the baby. Or if DH was out of town for work, We would do a "slumber party" but mostly cause I hate being alone.

I swore I would never let my children watch Barney. Someone had Barney on at their house when my first one was little and she loved it! So now they both watch Barney.

I have maybe 2 rules that I plan on sticking to:

1. NO forcing to clean their plates. Ever. By anyone.
2. Max & Ruby will never again be played in my house after watching it a few times with my niece. Barney probably as well but I'm not quite as strict on that one! lol

Other than that, well, I've seen too many threads like this and talked to too many Moms and babysat my nieces too many times to know that what I say now could very well change and I HATE eating crow! lol

I wonder that about all the Peanuts DVDs my daughter has. Charlie Brown & co cook Thanksgiving dinner, sleep overnight in pumpkin patches, and go barefoot to the mall. No parents in any episode. I'm alsways like WTF? Don't they have parents?

I swore I would Breastfeed completely until 1 yr. hahahaha nope, boobies dried at 5 weeks.

I swore that my kids would be 18+ months apart. ROFLMAR Currently 6w4d preggo Claudia is 8 months old...yeah...they will be 15 months. woops.
