Once the baby dropped...how long?

Just curious what everyone's experience was in regards to once the baby dropped...how long before your little one made their entrance??

I know I had posted another topic and someone had made a comment that their kiddo came like 2 days after they felt them drop.

I felt the baby drop on Sunday evening...and as of today, I can actually feel him super low moving around slightly. I have never felt him that low!!!! And the lady in the cafe downstairs, cute lady from Taiwan, she took one look at me today and said that something was really different. She could tell the baby dropped and she's (very cutely) prediciting the baby will come in the next week, no more than 2 weeks!! LOL

So, I just thought I would ask to see how everyone else's experience has been....

I think I was like 4 days...

Wow, Chelle, lucky you!!!

I've been reading up and most websites say that the first kiddo when they drop comes quickly.
But 2nd + pregnancies it doesn't happen that quickly.
So I guess I have some time to wait....thank goodness, since I have 2 baby showers this weekend and a 4 hour GRE test next weekend. Ugh!!!

I dropped around 36 weeks, and I still had to be induced at my due date.

Wow, and here I was getting my hopes up. Oh well....

At least my c-section is now only 20 days away. I can make it  :-)

My baby dropped around 36 weeks as well... she came at 41 weeks... most of the time I felt like I was walking around with a bowling ball between my knees because she was so low.

Yuck, that could not have been comfortable.

For me right now, I just have ugly piercing pains between my legs when I sit and when I stand....once I go potty, they decrease a little but never go fully away. I'll be glad when that part is over.

When my daughter dropped I got alot of pressure and contrations that didnt make any sort of change and this lasted for 4 weeks. I delivered by a c-section 4 weeks later.

Wow, contractions and all of that for 4 weeks. You are strong!!!

I dropped at around 34-35 weeks, no baby yet though!
