C-Section Moms: When to start exercise?

I would definitely wait, as much as its a pain. With my c section, three weeks later the incision re-opened into this weird pocket blister...it was painful, and gross and a pain in the ass. Doc said it was from pushing myself too fast

Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of. I'm just not used to sitting around and it's killing me... but I definitely don't want to go through THAT!

The doctor told me I could walk as much as I wanted and felt ok to do. Other than that they said not until after 6 weeks.

I had my c-section (3rd one) on 2/3 and I ripped it open just doing normal house work. Nothing major, but I did a load of laundry here and there, put some dishes away, etc.. light work. I now have 2 holes that are oozing and I am having to pack it and take antibiotics. It really hurts and it really sucks. I wouldn't do anything!
