Do I HAVE to unfill??

my lapband dr said it all had to come out i wish i hadnt even went to him to get it unfilled now i have gained almost 25lbs and im 5 and a half months along i wish i had left it alone sigh...now i have to constantly worry about weight gain ...I cant wait till i can get it filled again.
