Some common terms:

TTC - trying to conceive
BFP - big fat positive (positive pregnancy test)
BFN - big fat negative (negative pregnancy test)
CD - the day of your menstrual cycle
O - ovulation
DPO - days past ovulation
LP - luteal phase (time from ovulation to period)
AF - aunt flow ( your period)
PG - pregnant/pregnancy
MC - misscarriage
RE - reproductive endocrinologist
OPK - ovulation prediction kit
CL - coverline ( for those taking their temps to confirm ovulation)
Met - metformin or glucophage ( a diabetes medication sometimes taken to help hormone levels and ovulation)
BD - baby dancing ( having timed intercourse)
DTD - doing the deed
IUI - inter uterine insemination
IVF - in vitro fertilization
PCOS - polycystic ovarian syndrome
POAS - pee on a stick (taking a pregnancy test)
2WW - two week wait...time from ovulation until you can test for pg

We're AI'ing on 3/6, 7, & 8th.  Yippeeeeeee!

Can I join the list? DH and I are TTC with TESE/IVF/ICSI. On day 8 of Lupron, Bravelle, and Menopur. Hoping to do ER next week, but follicles are on the small side, so every other day blood work and ultrasound for now until they start to grow! This will be #2 for me, #1 for DH as he has no vas deferens and had to undergo TESE to retrieve for our backup, and will have to undergo another on ER day. Baby dust to all!!

thanks for that.... for this month im going to do some tracking and then next month i'll be going through another AI with my donor.

CONGRATS!!!

Yes please add me to the list and this would be our first AFTER RNY.  I have a 4 year old son pre WLS. 

Although I'm in the 2WW.. I'm not thinking its beginners luck.   i should know for sure by Saturday.
