Congratulations. From what I've researched it can be very easy to concieve up to 3 months after a MC. I hope this is a new beginning for you and you have a happy & healthy 9 months.
P.S it is very easy to get medicaid while pregnant and your baby will automatically be covered for a year afterwards.

Congrats! I know a few ppl who have gotten pregnant the cycle directly after a m/c and none of them have had a 2nd miscarriage... I will be crossing my fingers and toes that you follow that trend and have a super sticky little bub in there!
And, while I understand Vixen's concerns, I think that the fact that you are already down to goal weight (not currently in your "weight loss window" or in ketosis) is a huge plus when it comes to a healthy post-op pregnancy.... I think surgeon's use that 18 month guideline to make sure women aren't in an active losing-phase when they become pregnant b/c it could negatively affect the baby. That certainly doesn't seem to be the case here at all.
I don't have any insurance advice for you, but I'm sure others will chime in.
Try to relax and good luck!

How long have you been uninsured? If it has been 6 months, you would probably be eligible for PCIP (pre-existing condition insurance plan) as pregnancy counts as a pre-existing condition. This would be an option if you find you cannot gets help through the state. Read up on it at www.pcip.gov.

I have been uninsured since the 24th of Jan. 2011. I went down and applied for state medicaid here in GA today.. I should know within 10 days if I am approved or not..
