HCG 268 @ 4 weeks?

According to the pregnancy calculator, I'm 4.5 weeks pregnant.  Had my 1st  HCG levels come back today and they were 268.  My girlfriend told me hers were about 80 at the same time.  Is that a little high for where I am? 

There is a huge variation for HCG levels. Mine at 5 weeks 4 days was 531. The numbers are only useful if they are being checked every 48hrs to see if they are doubling. If they are not doubling  (or increasing rapidly) that could signal a problem. Are you having them checked again soon?

 They drew them today.  I will hear back next week.

sounds perfectly average to me.. like chelle said there is a huge "normal" zone for hcg... they should double every 48ish hours

LOL what is up with the 5-week zone? Look at the number difference. That week alone sent me into hysteria mode. Unfortunately it's the week that most preggo ladies get tested LOL.
