How much does illness (fever) throw off ovulation??

I am on my 4th month of ttc baby #3-- and it is my 1st month on Clomid (to correct my screwed up cycle).  I don't temp or do OPKs (yet) so Im not 100% sure exactly when I O'ed, but, judging my my CM, I think it was either yesterday or the day before. I am wondering if the fact that I have been really sick (bad cold, with a fever ranging from 99.5-101.3 that I tried to control with tylenol) means that my ovulation will be delayed or not happen. I thought I remembered hearing that a fever can cause you to ovulate late or not at all....??
