Timed sex question .. Positive OPK (sorry, tmi!)

Ok, I need an "experts" opinion. Yesterday was my first positive OPK so we had sex, today the lines were jumping off the stick. Much darker than yesterday!

Should we have sex again today or wait until tomorrow for better quality sperm?

I remember the doctor saying to me when they were thinking of insemination that I was not to have sex before or after, so that we do not "flood" the pipes and risk flushing the baby out. So maybe wait? I know after a year of trying we were having sex every day for the whole week during ovulation, and it never worked, but then we went back to normal every couple of days and BAM! I got pregnant!

I would do it today, tomorrow may be too late? Don't want to miss anything...

Sperm can live up to I believe 4 days, so it should be OK to wait till tomorrow. The quality and count may need another day too. GL!!!

they key is to have sex the day before your pos so that the sperm are already up there waiting.. and if your line today is darker then yest.. today is prob your pos... if your husband does not have supply issues jump on the saddle- if he does then wait until tomm

Yes you want to wait til tomorow to have intercourse so that the sperm can be more mature. If u hade sex yesturday, then you should wait til tomorow morning. I was doing it daily when i ovaluted but never worked and then bam the next month when i hardly has sex.....i got pregnant!!! You want your husbands mature sperm so i would just wait.....good luck!
