If you are prego are you counting calories to make sure your getting enough??  I am still losing weight and starting to get a little concerned.. I have lost 4 lbs in the last month. I still have 20 lbs to lose to get to goal but I'm honestly not trying to lose weight. MY OB said he isn't worried as long as the baby is growing which he is.. My u/s last week showed him to be 1 lb 10 inch.

Definitely not, eating to satisfaction. If anything I will probably need to be mindful of not eating too many calories down the road..but I had my RNY 1/15/2007...

In the beginning I counted calories because I was honestly worried I wasn't getting enough in each day. I lost weight up until almost 24 weeks before my weight stabilized.

Early on I was getting 1500-1800 calories a day and still loosing 1-2 lbs a week. Now I just eat what I can since the heartburn has been awful and am gaining about a pound a week. (if the old wives tale about heartburn=a baby with hair is true, this kid is gonna come out with long flowing locks, lol)

I wouldn't worry too much about gaining, it will come. For now, keep focusing on protein, healthy carbs and good fats.

Good to know.. Honestly, I havent counted calories at all since surgery. I can only fit so much in there and I figure as long as it's healthy choices I should be fine.

Ummm....how many calories does a big slice of tiramasu have? I guess I'll start there hahaha. Tomorrow is a new, healthier day.
