No c-section here either, but pretty much I agree, chap stick was a must have! I liked having lotion, because the IV made my legs and everything else swell up, and DH rubbed my legs after I gave birth. I brought my robe, but never really used it. Also, after a c-section you will most likely have a hard time getting comfy, so you may want to bring a body pillow. I brought mine and I was so happy that I did! The hospital pretty much provided everything I needed for the baby i.e. diapers, onsies, blankets, burp cloths, and even pacifier. I would say tooth brush and paste and shampoo and conditioner, I never liked the stuff provided by the hospital. I had wifi, so I loved having my laptop there as well.
Yay!!! She's almost here! Splurge on yourself and buy a new robe and slippers before the hospital. Most likely that is what you will be parading around in while visitors are there. Also, chapstick, lotion, hair bands, your laptop (to UPDATE us all here when she is born lol).
If thre is any special protien bars that you eat now, bring some with you and some snacks for dad. And all the other stuff everyone else said :)

I can't begin to thank you ladies enough for all the laughs and feedback and yes it's almost over!! As soon as I'm able to get online after delivery you know you'll be the first to know little Hayley Grace has arrived. I usually get online here using my IPhone4 and this phone never leaves my side. I can't wait and counting down the days, cause I'm sooooooo tired. Thanks for the list as this is a HUGE help. I've been so busy preparing the home for baby I forgot to prepare my hospital bags. Strange that I really haven't nested yet, but the hubby has. He's been cleaning areas of our house I didn't know existed...LOL. My 3 year old keeps asking about when is baby coming out and knocks on my belly, as if the baby will answer the knock...LOL

Wow, 12 days!!! I had an emergency c-section with my son......definitely take the robe! Everything else too, but I would add to bring your own sanitary pads (I suggest the long overnight ones) unless you like the horrible hospital kind. Also, I plan to take my own breast pump this time around. My milk had trouble coming and my son didn't take my breast well last time and I had to use the hospital one....they had a nice Medela model and I'm sure it was sanitized, but I just didn't feel comfortable knowing so many others had used it.
One other peice of advice...get up and walk around as soon as you can...it really helps you feel better sooner. :)
I'm so excited for you!

Bring some nice jammies and soft pants so you can parade through the halls and look all right. Extra hair ties if you wear your hair up, snacks because hospital food is gross or just not great for WLS folks (I loved having flavored almonds and fruit and little tuna salad snack packs!), lip balm, granny panties.
My hospital must have been progressive because they had Always Ultra Thin pads once I graduated from the giant mattress type I wore for the first 24 hours or so.
