No problem.

The nearest Red Lobster is over an hour away so I searched the internet for copy cat recipes and finally found this one that was really close and super easy. I think Red Lobster slathers tons of butter on theirs, so these may actually be "healthier" for you than theirs.

Idk if it's pregnancy or pms cravings yet but I just had

1 onion bagel, toasted
1 fried egg, with salt and pepper
strawberry jam
1 slice of cheese

toast bagel, smear jam on bagel, place cheese on other side, place fried egg onto. make into a sandwich. eat. yummmm

Okay, that is so not fair everyone who is mentioning SHRIMP!!!
I have been wanting shrimp for soooooo long and I know it's one of the things we are not supposed to have during pregnancy.

So, I settled for sugar cookies with frosting that my kiddo and I sat down to decorate.
Good enough for now....

(Unfortunately our kitchen is out of service for a week and half so I can't do any baking/cooking/dishes, etc. So I will just have to live vicariously through y'all)

Shrimp is ok to eat while pregnant! In fact they're good for you. They're very low in mercury as far as most seafood is concerned and high is protein. They're packed with Omega 3 fatty acids- great for baby. and have lots of iron- great for mama! 

All things in moderation, but go eat some shimp!

Hi

They all sound yummy. I have been craving Avocado & chicken sandwich every day, BBQ chicken with sour cream, chinese chicken & cashews and fish. So all white meat. I think I'm doing pretty good this time around. The one thing I can't stand is sweet foods and really savoury foods they all make me gag.

Fajitas from Lone Star and Easter Cream Eggs.  So strange.  Thank goodness I never crave them at the same time, that would be really strange.

Go to Red Lobster! Last night we did, for our "Valentines Day". I ate 2 of those damn biscuts, a lobster tail, and grilled shrimp. There are some seafoods you are supposed to avoid while pregnant, but I don't think shrimp is one of them. I think it was stuff high in murcury like cod & bass. There is a a list in WTEWYAE. Seafood is actually good for you if you eat it in moderation, because of all the protien & DHA it has.
I totally get you on the cheddar biscut cravings Gina. Last night we had a 90 minute wait, and a waiter walked past me with a basket of those things for a table that was already seated....and damn if I wasn't within a foot of tripping him and eating those things off the floor. MMMMmmmm (Now I want to go back, lol)
