I am happy and excited. I can't wait to bring him home too! I really do not think it will be too much longer. He is really doing well. The nurses seem hopeful too. He is such a fighter!

Congrats to you and your family - and happy birthday Gavin Liam (love the name!). Despite how tiny he is...I'm glad he's a fighter and doing well. I hope your recovery is quick and you and your new little man are home together soon with the whole family.

Great things come in small packages : ) !!! He is adorable. Brings back so many memories for me. My twins were 3lbs 3oz & 3lbs 5oz. They were also born via emergency c-section due to severe preeclampsia. It is amazing how resilient little babies can be. Mine are now 3 yrs old & weigh 35lbs. It's hard to imagine they were ever that little. So glad you kept him in as long as you did & that he's doing so well !!! Great job Momma : )

Thank you everyone! I am so excited. I can't wait to take him home. The doctor said , tonight, that he might be going home soon. No later than 7 days from now. I am hopeful. He is doing so well.
