First OB appointment today

 Well today I went and seen my OBGYN. He seemed very nice (thank god). My sisters  have both had him and said he was an arrogant PR...I guess maybe time will tell?? They are very opinionated people though lol.  Anyways, he used the doppler and you could hear swooshing and he said that was the baby kicking, and it did it quite alot, uh oh I am in trouble lol. The heart beat was still on the faster side (hoping for a girl!!!) Belly has grown 3 inches in 2 weeks...YIKES lol Have an appointment scheduled for March 1st for the gender testing ultrasound :D I can't wait. I really want to know what we are having.

I hope you get your girl, but don't put much faith in the heartrate old wives tale.... it hasn't been true for this baby boy- he's had a heartrate in the 150's-160's the entire time.

 lol o i know don't worry, fingers are just crossed. doesn't matter what the sex is he/she will be loved :) Just have to bug my husband too, he's rooting for a boy 

Sounds like it was good. My girls heart rates were always lower. These two stay between 130-140 lol
