Help Please-Sick (Kinda Long)

My MD told me absolutely no Mucinex when I was sick (that was in my first trimester).  He only allows Sudafed and Tylenol Cold and Sinus.....which that has pseudophedrine in it. 

So I called my OB. They rattle off a list of what I can take. The nurse apologizes about the info I got over the weekend. She said they are just on call nurses that dont work in OB. She further states that she would have to call me back about the Sudafed after she talks to my doctor. She admits every doctor is different and some mind, some dont. Well I took it again last night and woke up feeling much better. I called off for work today as I dont want to pu**** I think I will be okay either way.
