Ladies, we all started off heavier than we are now, we had the panni before and yes they are smaller now, let force on the fact that we have life growing inside of us. I have a panni and I am going into my second trimester I don't focus on as it really isn't a priority. You have done an awesome job with the weight you have lost, focus on keeping yourself heatlhy and the outer apperance dosen't determine who you are. I will post a picture soon so you can see I have the same problem, my highest weight 347 pounds I am now 182. I have gained any weight yet, however it's still early.

I totally appreciate the sentiment of embaracing our weight loss, and the panni that comes with it. I would be 100% ok with this if I wasn't in physical pain from mine :(

Would something like this help?  Also, Spanx has these.  They aren't exactly shapewear, but kinda hold things in.  Just a thought!

That does look more supportive than just the band. I could lift and tuck what isn't automatically lifted LOL

Thanks for this so much!

Welcome!  I plan on using them as well as I will have the "B" belly - you know the top part of the B is the baby and then the bottom part is the fat!  LOL

This might sound weird, but what I did was put the belly band up to fill in the space where between the baby belly and the hanging belly so it just looks like one huge belly. My spot was right over my belly button so I'd fold the belly band a little bit thicker in that spot so it would take up space and make it more pregnant shaped. Does that make sense? It's hard to explain.
