Stress and pregnancy
Hobbies help me when I get in a funk, both with stress and/or depression. Reading (especially fiction- it takes your mind off things), writting (like journaling your feelings), or I like to paint or create other things. Even getting addicted to a tv show might help... just to take your mind off of things.
Just remember this period will pass...
