At this point perp should begin backpeddling to "what they really meant to say" or apologizing. Works every time even with obtuse idiots. I use it several times a week.

Lol I admit, I practiced it in the mirror a few times, But it works better than any comeback and makes them feel twice as foolish :)

Gotta get my 2 cents in!  Ok my MIL always has comments about my weight versus her daughter and other daughter in law.  Her daughter is a 4, DIL is a 0.  I am the FAT one, who she always pities and gives advice to.

Well the sister in law (her daughter) had a baby in September and I ask about maternity clothes.  She and her mother start this convo in front of me.  "well you get your regular size and buy in maternity."  "i have a dress, that at my hugest was still huge on me, it was an XL maternity, it MIGHT fit you"  I am like B***H, I am a MEDIUM!!!  They think I am a total WHALE!  Soooo sick of these women, and my MIL is a chunky lady but loves to make fun of my weight
