Rude question - did you gain all your weight back

One of the ladies that works in my office asked me today if I gained all my weight back after RNY since becoming pregnant.  WTF. 

I was like ah no, I have actually lost 13 lbs since becoming pregnant, does it look like I gained all 90 lbs back? 

How rude.  I must look huge

Wow, that's messed up.  Even if you might think something along those lines...you don't blurt it out like that!  Don't people have any compassion or kindness anymore?  I can't stand it. 

Yeah, pretty messed up.  I would say maybe she is jealous but she is the size of my right thigh so that's not it.....

One of my mom "friends"on the school run came up to me a few weeks ago and said - "I looked just like you when I was pregnant - fat." WTF??????

I was 145 getting pregnant and am 22 weeks now and weigh 150.................I hear what you are saying - people don't think before they speak.

I am by no means fat, I am having to buy XS maternity wear most of the time as small is just too big around my now non-existent butt ! However, the comment bowled me over - crazy talk.

I know what you mean.  I have to my medium maternity pants.  Medium - I never wore medium anything before. 

Just gotta love people like that!! I was in Wal-Mart the other day and the Associate that worked in the Picture People screamed.."Awwww how cute...when are u due?" (as loud as possible!! and I don't know her from Adam) so I said March 1st, she proceeds with "Oh WOW you look like you could pop TODAY!!!" UGH  Then, I went to my frustrating OB appt yesterday morning and decided to go take a stroll around the mall. Well, in the middle lies one of those little pagodas with the foreign people who are trying to get you to try their products. I'm approached by not 1 but 2 women who can barely speak English. They basically corner me and ask me how far I am...9 months? I replied with a quick actually almost 10 I'm due Tues. They look at each other and both ask..."There's ONLY 1?" and proceed to ramble about how large I am and they think I should be carrying multiples instead of just 1!!! Are you kidding me?? Let's just say they almost got a nice punch to the nose in the middle of the mall but I ran as quickly as I could in the other direction towards where I had parked...I had enough for one day!!

lol....  a punch would have showed them.  Hopefully today will be a better day for you.

Had to add my story to the mix too...
I have been showing for quite some time now and have started my count-down, 26 days to go!!!
About a month ago, someone actually asked me if I had already had the baby?!?!?!
I wasn't sure whether to take that as a compliment-that maybe I wasn't as big as I thought...or as an insult because I still looked fat??!?!?!

Ugh!

Some people need a license to speak!!
