Its offical...OT
Well I had Claudia over 6 months ago, and I swore the entire time I was pregnant, I would get back on track with my WLS tool after she was born....yeeeeaaaahh...
Well, today is OFFICALLY day one of my 5DPT. I HATE IT! This is horrible! I have determination though, I am going to fini**** and eat proper. Since pregnancy I have been obsessed (and I am not using that term lightly) with chocolate and tacos. IDK why.....So I said good bye to them yesterday
Let me just add, I was lucky enough to only gain <20lbs while pregnant. I also lost all of my "baby weight" right around 3 weeks after she was born. So right now I am right where I was when I got pregnant. I want to get down to about 160. (im currently 190) which in all honesty, Im not disappointed with I started at 330+ in Feb 2009. My goal was 190, which I have hit, I just wanna get less squish off. I am considering after baby number 2 (possibly final baby if its a boy) having a panni, and I know that will remove probably about 10 lbs or so....(maybe?)
I will come here to post - hopefully every day - and let yall knwo how im doing.
Right now, head hunger and the carb monster are killing me!

It sounds like you have done an exceptional job at only gained 20 pounds during pregnancy and returning to your PP weight within 3 weeks...I only wish that I will have the strength to do that. Don't beat yourself up about the extra thirty pounds you want to lose as you have done amazing! congrats on getting back on track. wishing you the best of luck in your journey and congrats on the little one!
well thanks. honestly, i didnt really have to try that hard. I was only 9 months post op when i got pregnant. and had HORRIBLE morning sickness for almost half the pregnancy. AFTER claudia was born, I was in so much pain from the c-section i didnt really eat much either, so.....
but thanks agian for the sweet words of encouragement!

Congrats on getting BOT! I personally know how crazy hard that can be! I just got my butt BOT a couple wks ago and the scale is slowly moving in the right direction. Celebrate every great step you make. Your mind needs to get that this is the right way to be and not on that taco and choco path.
Good for you, momma!

The 5DPT sucks! But you can do it and it is so worth it. Worse week ever, but it makes the next week so much better and easier. Just remember that you can do this! Get out your old fat pictures and tell yourself how that woman cannot raise your child in a healthy active lifestyle... which I am sure that you want for her.
Getting back on track sucks... but it is worth it... and you CAN do it. There's a back on track board that might help you... if you want, but of course, we are always here. :)
