Hey, It's me again!

During TTC do I adjust my vitamins? I will know I will need iron & folic acid~
During pregnancy what will my regimen look like?
Would you please let me know an example of your daily regimen?

ThanksCheri

After I was pregnant my surgeons office told me I need to be on 1 of our regular multivitamins and 1 prenatal, which contain more th an enough folic acid, so no need to take an extra pill, plus our b12 and calcium and D. unless labs come back telling you different :)

While ttc, I was on 4 Optisource a day, 2 B-12 sublinguals, and a prenatal vitamin.

Now that I'm pregnant, my OB/GYN does my lab work quite often and I am on a prenatal, and 3000 IUI of Vitamin D a day. I also drink 2 glasses of milk a day for extra calcium per my RNY dietician.

Hi Cheri. This is what I have been taking every day since I had my RNY. The only thing I added was extra folic acid.

Morning- 500mg calcium citrate, 1 multivite, 800mg folic acid.
Noon- 500mg calcium citrate, 2000mg D3.
Afternoon- 1 chewable BA iron
Evening- 1 multivite, 500mg calcium citrate.

I get a B-12 shot every month also, and will be adding DHA in a few weeks..
