Still in pain

my shoulder is killing me i want to go to the hospital but i know their isnt much they can do other than pain meds the orthopedic dr is outta town and we live in a tiny town so all they would do is keep me all day then release me with very little done i am feeling like crap so sore and painful the tylenol 3 the dr gave me isnt even touching this shoulder pain i dont know what to do any suggestions?

do you know what the pain is caused by?  have you tried to apply heat ?

Sorry honey :( Do you have a heating pad? Can they call in some pain relief meds that are preggo-safe? You can get a decent heating pad at a pharmacy, i got one from Rite Aid for like $18.00 and that thing gets HOT!

We wont know until the 31 what is wrong probably later because that will be my first visit to the ortho i have tried the heat and even ice i get no relief im hoping it isnt serious I cant remember hurting it at all ...in sept i painted a lot when we redid my bathroom so if i did anything to myself it would have to had been then ...
