Hi,

My name is Sara and I had RNY December 10, 2009. I went from 255 pounds down to 135 pounds in 7 months. I have had a very easy going journey with my weight loss and before I knew it I was wanting to try and have baby # 3. I started TTC in October with Femara and Ovidrel and it did not work the first round, but got a BFP on my second round of November. This is my third time having to go to a fertility doctor and they told me that with weight loss I could probably conceive on my own, or I could go straight to treatments. Right now i am 10 weeks pregnant and feeling like I have been running on empty for the past month..lol.. Just tired, moody but no m/s.

I have read alot of the posts here and have been happy and sad for many. I hope I can jump in there now and add to the forum.
