ANOTHER AF?

Just had AF on the 6th, but when the MD told me I could stop birth control I did just that...stopped it.  I have been on the pill for almost a year....so should I count this as AF or should I see if it just ends up being spotting?  Wondering if you guys had the same issues.  I feel the heaviness and bloating like it's a full on period.... how should I chart this?

your body is confused... i would count this as a period... and then when your next one comes ( hope it doesnt) then you will know how long your cycle is.. somewhat
