Best brand of Prenatals?
I was in search of the best brand like you and was paying $35.00 a month for Stuart Prenatal and found at Safeway grocery store their off brand for only 8.99 ( which on the front says Compares to Stuart Prenatal) and it had the same amount of viatimin content. You can go for the over priced stuff that's all name, but any brand with the right amount of %Daily value is going to be just as good.

I used the Nature Made Prenatal DHA Liquid for my pregnancy and am still taking it for BFing. In fact, I'll probably continue to take it even after I'm done BFing. I buy mine at Costco, quite often they go on coupon. I've never figured out exactly how much they cost per month but I'm going to say that I'd guess less than $30.
Here's a link but I can't find a breakdown of the actual contents: http://www.naturemade.com/Products/Multivitamins/Prenatal-DHA-Liquid-SoftGel

I never switched to a prenatal. The Building Blocks brand Multi has better counts and has the same amount of folic acid as the prenatals. I do add a DHA (Expecta brand) supplement to that.
I started at 324lbs and a size 26. After losing 100 lbs, I became pregnant with my first daughter, who was born in March 2011. My second daughter was born in September 2013. I have maintained a healthy lifestyle and now hover around 160lbs. I would like to get back to the 140lbs before I became pregnant with my second daughter. The sleeve literally gave me LIFE - two beautiful, healthy little girls. My husband had his VSG with Dr. Marema on 10/1/2012 and is on his weight loss journey, currently down 90lbs.
