Welcome Cat!
Congrats on your new little addition. I got pregnant with my son 7 months out from RNY... so I can give you a few pointers...
1. Take your prenatal vitamins regularly... (you will probably have to take 2 to keep your levels up)
2. Try and find an OB with experience in WLS.... otherwise you will have to school your OB (not always easy)
3. You will have to watch your vitamin levels (I had my OB draw my labs once a month, he wrote it up b/c of my malabsorption so my insurance would cover it)
4. Beware the gestational diabetes test. It can make you really sick, but we'll talk more about that when you get to that point.
5. DRINK DRINK DRINK and EAT EAT EAT. You are going to feel like this is your mantra for awhile. It's hard this early out to eat and drink enough for both you and baby. Baby only needs about 300 calories, but it will deplete you faster and while some/ most of us loose weight while pregnant, you want to avoid ketosis which is bad for the baby. Dehydration is another BIG problem you're going to need to avoid. If you get dizzy and stuff don't hesitate to go to the ER while they will help give you some fluids at the least.
Good luck.

Thank you all!! I have my first OB appointment this week and hope all is well. I feel like I have been eating non-stop! i'm nervous about not getting enough calories. Since i'm also over 35, well there is a lot to be uneasy about!! However, I feel pretty great! Other than being mega tired, I have no symptoms except bionic nose and meat cravings! Balance diet is hard but I will see a nutrionist very soon just to feel reassured. This is out 3rd child and It's almost like I forgot what the heck I was doing!! Thanks for all the kind words!
