I'm 20 wks and have never really felt pregnant. Only the few times in the last couple of weeks when I feel the movement have I felt pregnant at all. But if the baby's not moving, I felt completely like I always have.

I am two years post op and I thought I was gonna ******vouse wreck forever!!  I can't imagine it being 3 months post op for you ladies!!  As for not feeling pregnant...think of what your body is going through, be thankful not feeling pregnant is the least of your worries...lol...and you are EARLY still...I am 14 weeks and the only reason I know I am still pregnant is that I am still tired and my belly has popped...lol...as for feeling pregnant, like with my first, thats not there.  I think fear might play a factor.  Are you scared to bond to baby b/c of complications?  What are some of your worries.  Maybe facing those with your OB openly will help you realize the reality of your pregnancy and give yourself permission to be pregnant...just some thoughts!!  I wish you the best of luck and congrats!!!
