Anberlin is 1 year old!
Hello everyone! I just wanted to give you all an update on our family and Anberlin. She just turned one on 12/26 and got to celebrate her first Christmas also. She had so much fun meeting Santa and opening all her gifts. Over Christmas she learned how to walk and now that is all she does. She is off of formula (she stopped bf'ing at 10 months sadly) and is eating all kinds of yummy foods now. We don't even buy baby food anymore. She can say Mommy, daddy, puppy, Uh Oh, Hi and ducky. She also speaks her own gibberish language. I love it! She sleeps from 8pm to 8am which is really nice. She also takes 2 to 3 naps a day. I don't recall what her height and weight are at the moment but she is 89% for weight and 95% for height. (I hope she is a tall girl just like mommy!!) She loves music and daddy already has her started on the drums. lol!!
Well now onto the family update - We were given a car for Christmas from my parents. My dad is a car dealer so he can get some great deals. That has made life a lot easier! No more sitting at home when Matt has band practice or a show. Unfortunately Matt just lost his job because his boss is a *4 letter word*!! He fired him 4 days before Christmas after Matt worked for salary all summer making close to nothing in hopes that would pay off in the winter when there isn't much work. (It's a mostly seasonal job.) Well his boss found a way around that and just fired him. We weren't expecting that because he is a good friend of our family and was actually a groomsman in our wedding. Well life goes on. I have been working hard at my photography and trying to learn all I can by shadowing another photographer when she has a wedding shoot. I currently have 3 of my own weddings booked for next summer. I love it! In regards to my WLS I have completely fallen off the wagon and am gaining weight here and there. I am doing the 5 day pouch test next week to get back on track and starting at the YMCA. I am super excited to really challenge myself! I want to get to my personal goal of a "normal" BMI. I have about 35 pounds to go! Wish me luck!! It is true, WLS is NOT a cure all. My head is still broken. They didn't due suger on my brain. I would kill to have Dumping Syndrome! I do have it a little bit but not like some people and I actually wish I would dump more often from sugar! Well I hope all of you out there are doing great!

Here is a picture from her 1 year shoot. It isn't the best quality because i had to take a pic of the pic. This is the only b-day pic we could get because she lost it after this. Before the b-day pics we did the Christmas ones.
These two pictures are from one of her birthday parties. She dug in with both hands!
This picture is from her big birthday party and I guess she didn't want to get dirty this time because she wouldn't touch her monster cupcake, she just burried her face in it instead!
Good luck and Happy belated birthday to your little one.
