Hi

Who like me are having trouble getting in fluids/ food. I have a timer that goes off every 30mins that tells me to drink my 100mls/3.4oz. I do this until I get to my min of 64oz then I can set the timer to 120mins apart. I also have my timer on at night every 120min as I dehydrate really fast at night. I have tried the drink and see but I have lots of trouble not feeling hungry or thirsty so I dehydrate.

I have my 2nd timer for food that goes off every 4hrs including at night for a quick snack of crackers.

Best wishes

If you are really having issues with this, you should set up a humidifier in your room/house. You can dehydrate through your skin and winter dry skin can be a nice cause of this. Keeping the humidity level higher in your house will help with this some, as will keeping your skin well moisturized.

Good luck

I'm glad you found something that works for you.

BTW...I just saw your ticker and that you do your weight in kilos...which made me look where you're at and saw you're in Australia (OK...so I'm kinda slow!  ).  I hope you're nowhere near all the flooding going on there...it looks pretty horrendous .

Be safe.
