Scared
Sip your water - all day long, keep it near you and keep it going down. I know some people don't agree w/protein drinks (b/c of the preference for 'natural' foods when pg), but if you can get some of them down - even if you have to water them down - something is better than nothing. Go online to one of the websites - Bariatric Eating is one, but there are others out there - and get some of the samples so you can find out what you can tolerate before getting an entire huge container of something just to find out it's gonna come right back up.
Try not to eat really dense/solid foods like chicken breasts or steaks - maybe if you stuck to the mushier stuff - tuna salad if you can? soft fruits (don't forget the good carbs!)? Oatmeal with some milk mixed in (I'm an oatmeal snob...I ONLY like the Irish steel cut ones...if you don't like regular oatmeal...try it...it's totally different than regular oatmeal)? Mashed potatoes with teeny-tiny bites of chicken or something in it? egg salad? a half of a banana smeared w/peanut butter (go for the good stuff and get the 'natural' just 'cause it tastes better)? a small chunk of cheese - let it come to room temp - and nibble at that? The more solid/dense a food is, I think the longer it's going to stick with you and make you feel full, reducing how much you can eat.
Hang in there...you and your little one will be OK.
