How to introduce 1 yr old to cows milk

I am almost 14 week pregnant and have been breastfeeding my 13 month old 2x a day I definitely think my supply has taken a big drop as he is almost not nursing at all in the am and not nursing for nearly as long at night. We have been supplementing during the day with frozen breast milk (stopped pumping a while ago) and we are nearing the end of our frozen breast milk supply. I really feel he is not getting enough particular in the am and we need to up how much he gets during the day. Right now we give him about 8 oz along with other dairy products. All this to ask should I just introduce the milk straight or mix it with the breast milk?
Thanks for any replies!

I would mix it half and half in a sippy cup for about a week before going full strength.

Start by introducing a cup with breakfast instead of breastfeeding. Don't mix them! The next day, give him a cup with lunch. Just keep adding a cup a day with meals. His consumption of milk may go down a little, but have faith it will go up! He is likely to drink a cup with every meal. Good luck!

Once I introduced the cows milk, they were not opposed to it, and actually wanted it. So you may not have much of a problem. I one day said, it is time, and made the switch.

I wish I had words of wisdom for you, but actually learned a lot from the PPs! My kiddo will not drink milk period. No way, no how. If you want to see a sippy cup lobbed across the room, put milk in it. Instead, I try to give her cheese and yogurt when she will eat it, but I have yet to find something that works for getting her to drink milk. :-(
