Tightening pain about 3 inches above belly button

I am about 9 months out RNY and am 4 months pregnant. I have been having an uncomfortable tight pain about 3 inches above my belly button that comes and goes. Kinda like in waves. I know that stretching happens at some point, but this feels really wierd and uncomfortable. My OB says anything above the belly button is "stomach" related and below usully intestine or could be baby. I was wondering if anyone has felt this. This is my second pregnancy, but first post RNY. HELP.... Thanks..
