Contractions all night last night,
Scared and excited = perfectly normal! Find something to keep your mind busy - and if it's OK w/your dr...find some place to walk around (a mall or something so you don't freeze/slip on ice if it's cold where you're at)...and walk as much as you can. Hopefully that'll speed things up. Though...now that I think of it...if your water broke at the mall, that'd be a ***** Take some clean clothes and some huge pads and a towel with you just in case you have to make a fast exit.
Keep us posted!

Grocery shopping, cleaning the kitchen and laundry...'nesting.'
My non-medically educated guestimate is that you have about 24-48 hours if your contractions are consistantly 10-20 minutes apart (and not bh contractions). I know some women lose their plug a week or two early. I lost mine the day I went into labor...nothing before hand. Contractions started around midnight about 30 minutes apart and got closer and closer after that.
Good luck!

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.
PM me if you are interested in either of these.
