Spinal Headaches

Does it get worse when you sit up & better when you lie down?  That's the sure-fire sign of a spinal headache.  If you have one, a blood patch speeds the healing process.  I felt relief in 30 minutes after having my blood patch & was almost to normal by the end of the day.  It's hard to bond with baby when you're doped up on Percocet & in pain.

Mine was super bad...and i opted not to do the blood patch. I laid flat as much as possible and it went away in about 2 weeks. Good luck. I know it sucks. Shari
