I was just told to keep up on your protein, milk fruits veggies and fiber galore lol

I'm supposed to get in 1800 calories...that's pretty hard to do on a normal day. Staying out of ketosis is the main thing.

Thanks for answering! and Thanks for the Congrats. We faced fertility issues for 2 years including a miscarriage. So today's positive pregnancy test was a wonderful late Christmas present!

im trying a 1800 calorie a day diet im still way overweight and im trying a bunch of different things to see whats going to work for me right now im leaning towards weigh****chers as a plan to make sure i get all my food groups in and watch my weight gain i gained about 25lbs with my other 3 pregnancies im praying ill do the same with this one lol hang in there we can support each other
