I am dying over here from nausea. I am about a day shy of 10 weeks and still feel like crap. I cant fix breakfast let alone when I eat I start to get sick in the middle of it. I have been feeling really crappy the past week or so. Did anybody else have this? If so what did you do for it or take? Thanks ladies!

My friend swore by these when she was pregnant.

I have also hear that eating two saltines before you even get out of bed in the morning can help. I have no idea why but I suppose it can't hurt.

Good luck!

I am so sorry, I remember this feeling. All I could do was eat what I could. This is a terrible thing to say, but the RNY diet went out the window for my entire pregnancy. All that I could stomach for the longest time was cheerios and macdonalds burger and fries. So that is pretty much what I ate. It makes no sense, but it was the only thing that got me through the day.
If you can get anti nausea drugs from your doc, they are lifesavers. They didn't take it away completely for me but made life bearable.
I know thats not really much help, but good luck, it should end soon for you.

I kept saltines on my nightstand and I ate a couple before even getting up in the morning. My nausea was usually brought about by an empty stomach or dehydration. The first trimester was the WORST... I had terrible food aversions and I actually lost about 10 pounds. But it got better.

For the REALLY rough days, I took a Zofran. I had some leftover from my surgery. I actually got food poisoning around 20 weeks and those are the only things that kept me from needing to go to the hospital.

I hope it goes away soon!

I've had the same problem for the past few weeks, so my OB prescribed Zofran for me...it has made a world of difference!  I can actually eat now and I feel like I can actually function now.

Thank you all. I go to the doctor in the morning so I will ask about the Zofran. This morning I tried the saltine cracker thing. I felt okay when I first stood up but I wasnt on the couch long before that wasnt working out.I also checked out the website and plan on asking about the Preggie Pops. They look decent enough but I want to see what my OB says about them before I order. At this point I am willing to try anything. Thanks again Ladies!
