21 week ultra-sound today...it's officially a........

Girl! Go team PINK! I'm pretty sure I'm naming her Camilla JoLyn...(will be calling her Cammi Jo) but my DBF is adamant we need to chose a different name, he doesn't realize Camilla is a version of his name Carmelo and it's so darn cute!

My baby girl is active and US Tech says baby looks good BUT she sucked and her attitude and picture taking skills sucked as well! I'm sooooooo disappointed because here in Lafayette there are no imaging centers that will do 3-d ultra-sounds so here are the terrible pics i ended up with...

Are you with Arnett? I see an Arnett high risk OB and his staff is wonderful! I love my ultrasound tech!

Yeap I am....I love the Arnett staff but unfortunatley this tech just seemed very put-off by doing her job. It's okay though I may have just been overly hormonal...someone on another board said that maybe (she  too is a larger girl) the images weren't all that clear coz the baby is so small and there were several thick layers to get through to see her? I dunno...sounds plausible I guess.....

Anyway thanks ladies yeeeah for both teams but I'm soooooooo anxious to meet my baby girl....on the screen it appeared that she has chubby cheeks and just looked soooooo precious! 19 weeks just can not go by fast enough hahaha!

Congrats on your baby girl!  If I understood correctly you are not happy with the quality of your ultrasound pictures and I wanted to tell you that a lot of factors go into whether or not they come out good.  I went to a 4 d place and she told me I wasn't hydrated enough to get really good pictures and then at my doctors office I didnt' always hve my bladder full enough and then also the equipment makes a difference.
