When to move from bassinet to crib?

8 weeks we moved from the bassinet to the pack n' play with the bassinet, he would hit the sides with his hands as well and wake himself up. As soon as we moved him to the pack n' play, he slept through the night. Then to the crib at 4 months.

I started trying to give naps in the crib first around 3 months then put her in the crib at night around 4 months. She was sleeping almost the entire night without waking up so it really was time to move her. I was a little paranoid too, but it just takes some getting used to. I checked on her a bunch of times during the night for like the first week then started to relax a little after that. I actually sleep much better with her in the other room cause then I don't wake up at every little tiny noise she makes or rustle.
