hey i am 24yrs old i had my surgery on may19th 2009 and as of aug 2010 had lost 147lbs and was still losing then found out i was pergerz and am now up 8lbs wich dr said is great. I am due may 10 2011 with another little boy. I have a 2yr old son right now.

So what all do you do to keep from feeling like DEATH!
I feel like this baby is taking EVERYTHING from me. I have no energy at all and am extreml dizzy all the time. Dr said eat every 2 hrs something small and protine protine protine and i take all my suplemtns and prenatles and such. so i dunno? what are your meals like through out the day?

I eat every hour at least something small. I eat 3 regular meals but then little things all the time. I have to or I get dizzy and pass out also. I get low blood pressure and low blood sugar. SO I have hershey kisses with me all the time. I eat one about every 3 hours. When I say eat I mean I suck on them till they are gone. Makes me think I got more but I have to eat very often. I have gained about 7 or 8 pounds now also.

ya i get dizzy and pass out too! i passed out in target a few weeks ago! it was awefull! Hahaha how funny i suck on kisses too! there my new fav treat.

HI, and welcome.
Make sure you are getting at least 100 grams of complex carbs (fruits & veggies) daily. Protien is important but so are the carbs now that you are pregnant. A lot of WL surgens don't make this clear to patients. Try come low-acid orange juice a couple times a day. Good luck

welcome to the boards, I'm 13 weeks now and seem to have perked up a bit myself - I was so sleepy for weeks and had no energy. Having a 2 year old doesn't help with resting though, lol. I have a 6yr old who is in school.
Food wise I eat small portions a few times a day, I also make sure I get my carbs in (as another poster wrote).
