Ughhh...gained 3 pounds ALREADY?!?

Hey all -
So for those that aren't familiar with my "story"...was actively preventing pregnancy (attempting to anyways). Got a BFP just before my 4 month surgiversary.

By my guesstimate I am about 6 weeks-ish. I have already gained 3 pounds! I don't remember gaining this early when I was pg with my DS. I am a little stressed. Obviously from my ticker I never made it to goal weight before getting pregnant.

If it's safe for the baby I'd like to continue to lose weight.

just talk to your dr about it.
Talk to your surgeon and OB and make sure they keep in contact with each other on what they decide to do with your OB and PostOP care. Im sure they will hook you up with a nutritionist and as for gaining weight, yeah, its gonna happen. Maybe you will level out and the baby will actually take weight through the months.

Hi, I just wanted to say I hope you have a smooth pregnancy. We are very similar - same surgery week, same starting weight, same current weight.. and I just couldn't imagine being pregnant right now. I hope everything works out for you, and I look forward to seeing your posts.

I have nothing to contribute to the weight loss while pregnant question! LOL
