food intake/calories

I am still a month short of being a year post-op. and am 12 weeks pregnant now.
I found out week 4 and was weighing 144 and was losing and went to 141, which is when I really started literally eating as much as I could due to me still being in a malabsorptive state. I was also focusing on eating really high calorie foods for my protein (cheeses) and as many carbs as I could. I weighed myself tonight and was 148 and feel shocked. However, it's what I need to do for the baby.
I don't count calories whatsoever, but now I know I have the ability to put on weight, I will start back on leaner proteins. I have also been drinking my coffees as lattes from Starbucks. Will also knock them on the head for a while.
