Not quite four months out and...(x-post)
Girl you are going to be okay! I was 7 months out when I got the same shocker that you got. I was at the office for an ultrasound for fibroids and the ultrasound tech found a baby! I was taking the pill religiously. I would have less of a shock if they had told me that I was going to have to lose a limb! LOL It's my first baby, and I'm 36. I walked around in a daze for a couple of weeks.
I went to a Maternal Fetal Specialist for the first couple of months, and was released (no issues). I now just see my OB/GYN practice for my appointments. I have had my labs done by my surgeon, and they were good. I take bariatric multis, calcium, and folic acid. My surgeon suggested that I eat 6 to 8 small meals a day. So far, so good!
