A little dark chocolate has been shown to have health benefits. Go ahead and indulge a little with a fancy bar of Godiva Dark or similar quality chocolate. It's good for both you and baby.

I'm probably not a good one to give advice on this since I've been on this M&M Peanut kick since I've been pregnant. I'm the devil on your shoulder saying "go ahead mommie and break you off a piece of that Kit Kat bar"..LOL..Hope you find something to help you fight it...let me know what works cause I can't seem to kick the m&m demon yet.
